I ordered a GO cutter and a set to assorted dies from Shopper's Rule. I didnt think it through enough before I ordered the GO cutter. THEN I didnt realize the policy of Shopper's Rule is NO refunds only credits. It hasnt come yet, but I really want the studio cutter instead. Unfortunatly they dont carry the studio cutter.

I thought I could return it UNopened to accuquilt and order the Studio cutter but apparently they have a policy that you have to return where you bought it :(. I am so discouraged. I sew for charity and want to get the die for the Christmas stockings (for the troops)...only made for studio cutter. Does anyone have any suggestions???

Don't feel so bad. The Go is a great machine. I thought I would want the Studio after I ordered the Go but now I'm glad I bought the GO. If you belong to the Accucutquilter yahoo group ask for someone to cut the stockings for you. Many do it for others for a small fee or die shape exchange cuts. You can sell the Go for probably what you paid for it as the Shopper's Rule price is below what others are selling for. Ebay or someone here may want want to buy it at that low price. It is a good buy.

Are you sure that it has shipped already. If it hasn't shipped you may be able to just cancel the order.

You can probably sell the Go! on eBay for what you paid at Shopper's Rule and not be out even the shipping costs. A little extra trouble for you, but you should be able to get your money back that way. When I checked eBay there were very few Go! cutters available and none was as low-priced as Shopper's Rule.

If it hasn't arrived yet, refuse the shipment.
