Hi all,

Just got back from the Houston quilt show. Am hoping it won't be the first and only time I go. I took 194 pictures of quilts. Was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to take pictures [of those allowed to be photographed]. When I went to Paducah it was too crowded to get good pictures.

Anyway a few of us are thinking of getting together and going on our own in about a year or so ... getting a suite or rooms on the free shuttle run.

Any help you can give would be most welcome.

Well ... we might try the Road to California show too.

Wish we could have run into you. Glad you got to go. I want to go again when I can drive and maybe find a big suite for more of us. It was fun and I met lots of members. I would so like to do the road to california, I have read about it. Good luck in you planning. HUGS

If you plan on staying on the shuttle run you might want to check on reservations now for next year. They do book and fill that early if you want a place that has easy access to and from the show.

When you get time please show us some of your pictures. I had so much fun but was only there 4 hours. There was so much I didn't get to see:)
