Went again today - bought 3 yds of fabric @ 60% off from the non-quilting area for a backing. Another bundle of fat quarters @ 50% off and a can of quilt basting (suggested on this forum)@ 50% off - THEN I used my 10% off coupon and walked out with only spending $23.
P.S. I even gave away a 40% & a 10% off coupon to the young lady behind me in line buying ribbon for her wedding in 3 weeks.

My only frustration is the red tagged stuff is slim pickings. I got all of it I wanted on Memorial Day, and nothing has been added.

Books are the only items I'm interested in at Joannes and with only one coupon each time I rarely go there. BTW, the closest one is over an hour away.
Books are either 40% or 50% off without a coupon. I went Friday night and got two books, plus used the coupon for an extra 10% off the entire purchase, even on sale items. At an hour away, I'd always make sure to go when there is a big sale. That's a long drive to just poke around and pick up a few things.

I didn't know the Sunday paper has JoAnn coupons. I will have to look before I go again because I used my 40% off on Friday. I want to go back and get more fat quarter bundles!!!
