There's 3 little shops within about 30 miles of Paducah that might have some good deals for you.

One is in Calvert City -- Country Connections.
It's in a little old lady's garage (she is 83 and that is what she called herself :) ) I don't have the phone number and I couldn't find it on the web. If you take Hwy 62 east out of Paducah, turn right onto Hwy 95. Go about 4 miles. You should see her sign on the left saying Fabric Outlet. If I get her number I'll update this.

    Two are in Benton
Odds & Ends -- On the north end of Benton on HWY 641. I know she is going to have extended shop hours.
Piece of Mind -- On the court square in downtown Benton

Both of these should have their numbers on the web.

I think you could probably do a GPS setting and make a nice circle to visit them.

I'm not related or affiliated with any of them...just happen to visit with all of them.

If you have questions, I'll check back on this and see if I can help you. Check my other post and you'll see the haul I got today from the Country Connections shop.

I do believe the 2 ladies from Benton will also be set up in vendor spots at the Quilt show but I don't believe the other one will be.

I think you'll like these little shops...if nothing else, they all like to chat.

I'm not all too far. Might be an interesting day trip.

Wow... for him to "ask" is pretty darn good. He must love the work you do and is willing to help you find your goodies.

Little towns ladies do love to talk so be sure to leave yourself plenty of "visiting" time, lol.
