Has anyone purchased anything from them recently? I placed an order on the 22nd, e-mailed them twice, tried to reach them by phone today and nothing. Supposedly there turn around time is 72 hours.

Are they located where any of storm Sandy hit? That might make a difference.

It looks to me they are located in Utah - what time did you call? You are in New York which is three hours ahead of Utah.

If I remember correctly Golden Threads was bought out by HandiQuilter and they are located in Salt Lake City, UT.

They're in Utah, so shouldn't be affected by Sandy. There is a place on their site to check order status. Does it indicate anything? A lot of sites don't seem to check their email. You might try again with the phone, since it's earlier there than where you are.

They also have a booth at Houston Quilt Festival, so maybe they are short staffed in their offices for the week.

I ordered a Pantograph from them a few weeks ago and it took 1 1/2 weeks to come. It came from UTAH. I thought that was a long time to wait for that little lightweight package.
