Try several. Your machine might do better with one than the other. I have a Brother that only likes Sulky. My Janome is far less picky.

I have a Janome 8000 embroidery machine and use their thread but says "acryl 100% made in Japan #50" Also use Coats & Clark 40 wt. but is Rayon get it from Joanne's and cheaper-- any reason You want polyester?

We just bought a Singer XL 5000 from a Sew n Vac in Robinson, Illinois and that's what they said to use and we bought 6 of their spools but they are 5 a spool.

I'm new to this machine and learning the ins and outs of it.
    any suggestions.

I have never had any problems except Robison Anton. I had a Janome 10001 and now have a Babylock Ellisimo.

I just purchased a Brother 4000D. I've been looking at different thread sets and came across this one.

    http://metroemb.com/

I'm going to order this next weekend. My dealer cautioned me to use 40wt thread on top and only use Brother Bobbin Thread on the bottom.

    Just a thought.
