Good morning to everyone. The weather started to warm up a little bit more. Did not need winter coats yesterday, just a jacket. It was nice to see sunny weather, beating down.
We usually stay a little bit warmer then other states, but, we do have a winter and we do get snow, although not as much as others.
I really didn't get too much done yesterday, I organized the rest of the fabric that I am going to use to finish my beginners bargello.
I have a few more rows, then it will be ready to assemble.

The sun is shining here too. It is to get to about 45 today. hope it starts melting the snow and ice away. I will be hopefully finishing a applique quilt in the long arm and finish putting together my blocks for a Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt then I can start assembling the quilt.

A string quilt is one using scraps usually of various widths on a foundation or paper piecing, Sew into blocks and set together the way it looks nice to you. Make sense?

Veronica, I agree with you about MillieH. I also take care of two of my grandsons ages 22mos and 5 mos. I get up about 4:30am and go to their house so they don't have to wake up the wee ones. I do their laundry most days. I try to do what i can when I can. It keeps me busy and they keep me young and very happy. I wouldn't trade for anything. There not in daycare setting and i very proud of that, they are happy, healthy fed, played with and when I walk into that house and the 22 month old says HI and runs over to hug me, well lets just say I'm in heaven, my job is well worth it.
