Thumbs up Got my issues worked out on my mid-arm and sooooo happy

Bought the Bernina 820QE on frame and had so much frustration. When I finally took my own embroidery advice, and "when in doubt, change the needle" and realized I hadn't put on a foot, and went to cotton thread, things resolved completely. Too many "wrongs" all at once.

Now I'm really cooking! On my 2nd quilt now and it's smooth as silk. How did I live without it?

Just wanted to say thanks to the group for the support!

I was just actually thinking about you yesterday and wondered how you were getting along. I want to ask, has your machine stopped and just stitched in one place? Mine does that occasionally and I then have to get it to reconnect with the software. I've talked to my dealer, my dealer has talked to Bernina and we've both talked to Grace Company and no one has any answers for me. We've changed cords, the part the cords plug into (don't know the proper name for it), the little circuit board that everything plugs into and connects to the control board under the carriage and have even changed that control board. And it's not just my machine, it also does it with my SIL's machine which is a different Bernina model. Chris.
