As I'm starting to quilt, my wonderful husband bought me a used Little Gracie II frame. He wants to make my quilting experience as wonderful as possible. He got a screamin' deal with many extras. We had looked at many frames and since I'm just starting out I didn't want to spend a lot of money right off the bat. Anyway, it came with the Sure Stitch Dual Function Regulator. On the box it says "Machine Compatibility: Janome 1600, Viking Mega Quilter, Pfaff Grand Quilter." On the side of the Grace Speed Control Box it says "Janome 1600 Compatible." Does that mean these are the only machines it will work with? Are there different "models"? I know nothing. :-o

    Thanks!

I have a Juki and it works with mine as well.

Call Grace Company and ask them. I think the setting must be correct for the machine. They are wonderful to work with.

(And when you are cursing and swearing that the damn thing doesn't work- Call them. I fought with it for two weeks and then called and they solved it in a three minute phone conversation. doh!) It's touchy at first, but I love mine.

That's great advice. We'll do that tomorrow. Luckily we're both on vacation this week. Thanks so much!
