    You've put so much time already in that fantastic top that I would lean towards finishing it with hand quilting, but that would be you putting in the time hand quilting, not me! It would be beautiful no matter which way you choose ...

    Its so pretty . GFG is one of my favorite quilt patterns... and yours is a beautiful quilt. As for the quilting... do what ever you want. I completely understand if you just need to see it finished. Look on line for some examples of how others have machine quilted , that may help guide you.

    I am putting together a Grandmother's Flower Garden also and will be hand quilting it. I bought some 8" stencils and I will be quilting this onto each flower instead of doing the 1/4" around each little hexie.

    So so beautiful!!!! My first thought was HQ is what should be done, but no matter what you decide, it'll be gorgeous either way! I have an unfinished one too all HP and face the same dilemna as you!

    What a lovely, lovely quilt. Such a traditional pattern, I can't imagine anything but hand quilting but I know just how very time consuming it can be.
