    I made this pin cushion for my DD for her birthday. I was lucky to find a scrap fabric in my stash that coordinated with the design. When I gave it to my DD she recognized the fabric. She had made a sundress for my grand daughter out of it. The pin cushion now has two memories attached to it.

    FYI, the yellow fabric as the back drop was purchased from my local thrift store; 15 yards for $7.00.

    I love it. I belong to a pincushion group and I have a gravy boat we don't use. They will love it! Thank you for the wonderful idea.

    Oh my I have a sugar bowl that belonged to a dear friend and just can't throw it away; I just kept dusting it and this would make a great pincushion !
