Bigsis makes a great tour guide in Ohio, too! Wish I had more time when I was there - but I'll be back! It is such fun meeting board members! Let's see, I will be in Baton Rouge in 2012 - that's close to New Orleans!!!

I haven't met anyone from the quilt board, but almost met Quilting Nonie, as she was in Florence. But, didn't know she was there.
Glad you had a great time, and in such a wonderful place as New Orleans.

Sure if I can figure out how to post pictures. I sent 13.5 lbs of fabric thru USP so I would not have to carry it on the airplane. Weather down here is to be 70 today/Sat but cooler Sun-Wed next week. I do not want to go back up north since it is to be about 20 next week with more snow! BRRRRRR!

My daughter lives outside of New Orleans. I have been there many times but mostly went to the antique shops and site seeing. I wasn't quilting at the time. So I told her when I come to visit she needs to look up quilt shops. It should be fun.
