Be thankful you haven't been to the one near us.
Their prices are just under retail. When they opened a new branch in our town everything had such a low price. We went back a few weeks later and the prices were just as bad as they are in Bend.

We rarely shop there anymore. If we want to pay those prices we will shop at Lowe's and get it brand new.

Sounds like the one you have has much MUCH better prices than the one we have... a desk at ours is $50 to start... I did go in to look at cabinets since I am actually going to be a big sewing room in our new house but they had no prices on them and the tops were separate. I'll have to go in on another day.. I'm looking to get something for my cutting mat... I've also been scouring Craigslist and having some good results with that :D

Looked it up here in Australia but they are more about building homes for low income earners.

I'm shocked to hear of High prices in some of these stores! I have 2 H4H Restores near me. We have found unbelievable bargains there! You have to go back often because items come and go all the time! My quilt shop has a western theme. A steak house with a western theme went out of business and donated their furnishings to H4H. We got there in time to snap up the few remaining items! Love that place!

Nancy in MN - There is a Restore on County Rd D, just west of 35W, on the north side of the road. I have never been there, but now I am making plans to visit today.

I agree with you on that. I was looking for some things and went to the one nearest me. Very disappointed.
