Hancock Fabrics Files for Chapter 11 Reorganization

They closed the Hancock's in Carlsbad/Vista area north of San Diego about a year ago. I used to buy some of their fabric but was never that excited about the quality, especially the batiks. I did like some of their home fabrics though.

From what I've read, they are expected to come out of Chapter 11 reorganization by the end of June. The court ordered sale is Monday the 26th (10% off the total purchase price at all stores), but I don't know if it is just for class members or not. I don't see how they could limit it like that without a huge hassle to everyone.
