I checked out Hancocks the other day and found shipping to be kind of expensive. Buy $10.00 and it'll cost another $5.00 for them to send it. that's a little steeep, I think.

If they want to really sell a lot on line they need to reduce the shipping, thats what stops me too' We have a Joanns and Wallys. We have a few quilt shops but their fabric are all in the 10 dollar range. I think I will hit the rummage and garage sales and buy old clothes and make a real rag quilt.

There have been various tv spots on the resurgence of sewing , that will help raise prices too

Maybe one of us should take up weaving and we can all buy here LOL

I love quilting so I'm sure I will find a way,

Hancock Fabrics is a chain store while Hancocks of Paducah is one store. I believe that Hancocks of Paducah is more a quilt shop type store. They both have online shopping.

We do that all the time, Honey. We never run out of things to say about just about anything. Sometimes we just need a little while to think about it!
