A couple years ago they closed 4 Hancock stores in the greater Houston area, including the one 15 minutes from my house. But I scored some great deals. I was lucky enough to visit one of the closing stores in the middle of the week, and they were running a "buy 1 yard, get a second yard for one cent" sale. You had to buy a 2 yard minimum, but it was 30% off, then got another 2 yards for 2 cents.
