I have been using a curtain rod and 3M hooks for a couple of yrs and it works great.

    LOVE THIS IDEA! :-D

    COOL IDEA :-D

This is how I do it. Though sometimes instead of a dowel, I use a flat slat type piece of wood (kinda like wall edge trimming wood). The wall hanging hangs flatter.

They are very affordable. I bought them in several sizes back when they didn't have online ordering. I had to call to order and they were so nice.
I love the hangers. Reminds me that I have a favorite 24inch square that I put on a pant hanger from the cleaners. Turned the hanger part and hung it from the valance in my sewing room window. Gosh, we are full of ideas :-D

I do this a lot.....can't find the hole when you take it down :-D

Maggiemay - what a wonderful way to hang your quilt. I am most certainly going to try that on my next wall hanging. Thank you for showing us. :)

The magnetic quilt holders use the 3M product to attach to the wall which I doubt will do any damage to the wall.
