    You last sentence sounds like what I went through for so many years with my MIL and DH. She always managed to make things difficult like that and wanted DH to be at beck and call and could have cared less if we might have plans or what interference she might cause someone else. I think she sat around and tried to think up ways to make everyone else have a lousy day or special event. Wow, can't believe I am being so mean, she has passed on now but really caused problems like that when she was living. Hope you get to have a great day.

    np3....... Be my guest and I hope your picnic is as good as ours....hehehe I fixed him Pasta Carbanara for lunch....I think he thinks I've done something TERRIBLE lol lol
    I just love to cook!!!!( I try to make up for it when I'm down with chemo)
    Up North..... My first Husband was like that...so can relate......Just don't let her ever know of your plans, it helps...
