Has anyone bought direct from the Warm Company in Elma, WA?

I wanted to visit the Warm Company ( manufacturing plant for Warm and Natural) in a couple of weeks as I'm traveling to the Sew Expo. I'm wondering if anyone had the experience of buying direct from the company? Do you know if they have a clearance store or seconds they sell?

Someone commented some years ago about the good deal they got when they went to the factory. When I called CS they weren't that generous with their information. So I thought I would ask the Board to see if anyone else knows anything about it!
