    Thanks for the name "Safety Quilt", I know realize my flying geese quilts often have a few "Safety Geese". When I made my first flying geese, I apologised to the lady for whom I had made the quilt. She told me she wouldn't have know the difference and not to point it out in the future. I have taken her advise.

    I have a star pattern that ends up like that, but it's called "Pointless Stars"!!!
