    I ordered 8 patterns from DOXIE SHOP.COM They are closing there shop and had a great sale. I ordered on Jan 7 and have not received my order yet. I have called them several times and get no answer. They also are not answering their e-mail. They have however have charged my account for the purchace. Not sure what other option I have with them.

    Let your Credit Card Co. know and they will stop payment.

    how did you pay for your order by credit card or check?

    if you paid by credit card call the credit card company

    if you paid by check contact your bank

    I wouldn't wait any longer to notify the card company or bank as I think you only have so many days to report them.

    If they are having a close out sale, it may take several weeks to process all the orders. I am sure if your account has been charged they filled the order. I would just keep calling eventially someone will answer the phone. I ordered some stuff from a close out sale and I had all but given up on ever getting it. after about 6 weeks I got it and actually had forgot that I had ordered it. Good Luck, I hope you can reach them.

    I ordered on January 5. I have sent 2 emails, and have had no response. I paid by Paypal, and there is a hold on my account, but they have not taken the money out yet either. Just in limbo.

    I had a problem with Doxie Shop about a year ago. I ordered a pattern and they sent me the wrong one. I called and called and called, then emailed and emailed and emailed. Got absolutely no response so I called my credit card company and had them take the charge off my card. I never did hear from them to this day. It is no wonder they are closing up.

    Normally when you pay by paypal the money comes out of your account immediately. If there is a delay on your credit card (if that's how you funded it) it is paypal who is delaying getting the $$ but the recipient has the money already. But I pay with paypal a lot and I have never had a hold or money in limbo. It's always paid immediately. I would file a claim if you haven't already. And soon, because there's a time limit.

    It was a balance in my Paypal account. I went in and Paypal had cancelled the hold as of today, and put the money back in my Paypal account. So basically, Paypal held my money for a month, but DoxieCo never collected it. Hmmm. At least I am not out any money.
