Has anyone ever made the Blue Marble pattern by Carolina Patchworks? I absolutely love the look of this quilt, but I am wondering if it would be too complicated for a new quilter, that I am!

Looks like the same concept as counted cross-stitch - or pixels

Planet earth from afar - using fabric as pixels.

I have never made this...but wow looking at it, it's just squares and a beginner can do squares! But since they are small and the design is more complicated...you'd have to ask yourself...would you have the patience? It may be more satisfying to start with something easier.
But I have seen quilts that were amazing by beginners!
