Overstock is great! Never had a problem with them or any of their products!

A Janome 11543 heavy duty machine. I bought it two years ago and have absolutely no problems with it.

I bought a factory refurbished machine a yr ago last June online from AllBrands (free shipping) and I love it! It's been sewing almost continuously since I got it with absolutely no complaints! The way it was explained to me is that someone purchased it, changed their mind, sent it back & it was thoroughly gone over to make sure there were no problems with it. Basically, they got all the kinks out for you! I hope this helps.

I bought my Brothers Runway from Overstock last year. Haven't had any problems with it and am very pleased! Actually, I had been completing on-line Harris polls for years, so used my points to get an overstock gift card. There was a problem with one of the gift cards, which delayed my purchase, so O knocked off an extra $20. I ended up paying less than $20. Shipment was quick! Then I used a $25 gift card from Amazon and got a case for free-it was a great deal!! The machine has never given me any problems, either.
