I helped my Mom finish one. She found the direction in a book called "PS I love you Baby collection." By Lynda
Milligan & Nancy Smith. The pattern is called "A Tisket a Tasket.". You can see a picture of it, and happy recipient, here; http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...ade-t2304.html.

My Mom didn't make individual biscuits. I remember she had strips of cut up squares.

I have never made one but have discovered that cutie pies prefer polyester wadding in a quilt to cotton if they have a choice.
I think will try one to make a bag to sit on at quilt shows.

Forgive me, but I find these quilts just a little creepy. They remind me of clowns... Sorry. I appreciate that others like them, but, for me, I wouldn't touch one with a ten-foot pole. Just my opinion...and we're all entitled, eh?

I have and they're really easy to make. BUT you have to be real careful not to overstuff which is the tendency to do. They are super heavy and unless the electricity is off and the house is really cold I can't sleep under one. My dog, however loves it. I spread it on the love seat she sleeps on and she cuddles on it. You need a BIG washer to wash it. Mine fits a standard double bed. Not something you would want to wash often.

The latest issue of Block magazine has one in it. Block is Jenny Doans new magazine. It is more like a book than a magazine. I really like it and she tell stories about her life in it.
