Has Anyone Made a Quilted Grocery Cart Cover for Babies?

I made some for Natalie when she was small,but not those big frilly ones. I just made some rectangle tubes that I velcroed around the handle part.Thats the only part I was concerned about as I see too many babies chewi9ng on the handles...YUCK!!
