Mine has my name but it doesn't say I can only use it at a particular store.
I think this is a one time only coupon. Anne

That stinks. I don't get joann's emails. I've signed up and checked my spam filter and they just don't send them so I usually just search online for a printable. Looks like I won't be able to do that anymore. Guess it'll save me some $$ in the long run.

So if you don't have ID you can't use the coupon? I don't think any JoAnns store would be that far out of left field to ask for ID for a coupon and not make a sale. Some JoAnns store managers have the power thing going on and would near bout bust to be able to do just that.

I have noticed that too. I also can't print out any of the printable coupons anymore. I don't know why that is.

Same here. Was in Joanns a couple days ago with a 50% off coupon.Looked around & left without spending a dime. I'm thinking I don't need anymore gadgets or fabric. Can't believe it...no fabric? LOL

I still get the mailer without a name or location on it, but when I see those 50% off coupons, I try to find something that's not on sale. Getting harder all the time. Yesterday, I walked out of the store. Everything was on sale at some percentage less than 50% off. :XD:[/quote]

My neighbor saves her coupons for me,and no problems at all. i also have a PO box and i get coupons/flyers there too..
my DD is a teacher..was save them all for her.

i do know that you need them to scan the name/address bar code occasionally, to keep the flyers coming to you house.
we have 2 joanns in our area, and i use coupons in both. not sure about out of state..

I tested this by sending my husband into a store with my coupon in a different city. No problem at all. I think it is more of a marketing strategy to follow our purchasing habits. They are not going to turn you away from a purchase. They just want to gather marketing research on us!
