I am fully aware how long it take to Canada. I just find it weird that she has
not advised when the fabric will or has been shipped. I emailed and asked
but no reply. I tried to call and left a message...no call has been returned.

arrivals", etc. How about replying to my email or returning my phone call?

Yes, like I told you by PM but I will post an update here for all. I did
eventually receive my fabric but I was not happy with the complete
lack of communication.
