I was trying to copy the blocks from the book covers of Earlene Fowler's Benni Harper mystery series.   I have most so far but cannot find a Dove in the Window that even remotely looks like the one on her book cover. Has anyone else seen one like it anywhere? :?:

I have a book called Bennie Harper's Quilt Album and the center block is the four birds touching noses in the center. I think it is the block in Ruth's post of the electic quilt site. However, the doves are not set in a star, they are just set in a square block. I think I have your address from the birthday block swap, if you want I'll send you the book to look at. It has a template for the birds. They are appliqued. Send me a pm if you want the book.

If you go to Earlene's site, I think she says the EQ site is the correct pattern.
