Default Has anyone used longarm service on Ebay?

I am seriously considering using a longarmer from ebay's website to finish up some UFOs i've had for awhile & don't see finishing them any time soon. Just curious as to whether or not you were pleased with the experience or were there issues? what insights/questions could you recommend if i do try their services? Thanks for any advice!

I used a quilting service off of eBay for this quilt. First time I have ever done that and I was very pleased. I will probably use one again. I can't show you a close up of the quilting because I'm away from home but it is good.

With so many long arm quilters available here on the board why turn to eBay? Just wondering. There are probably good & ( not so good) to be found on eBay. If I were considering that ( which i probably wouldn't) I would want Tons of information about them, samples, guarantees- before sending my tops to them. A real contract, legitimate contact information....there are ( probably) good ones --

As far as ebay, unless you can tell us exactly which quilter you are looking at, there's no way anyone can give you an opinion. There are dozens out there.

You can't find a "local" long armer to work with?

Thanks for posting the list. Hopefully other members that do this service will add their names.
