Have you ever made a black-and-white quilt?

I photographed different layouts to see what looked better to me.

I made several B&W quilts. My neighbor (quilting Buddy) said I needed a splash of color so I put a few inches of red in the bindings. I liked the first one so much that I added red to all the B&W bindings.

My granddaughter made a Box in a Box with the centers various bright Moda Swirls and the boxes in assorted b/w prints. It worked out very nicely. First sewing ever for a 13 year old and her corners were perfect. Grr.

Here is mine, used black, white, gray and there is a splash of deep red in the black print.
