I made my orange boy a box near the computer. After some loving, I say, "Go sleep in your box," and he usually does. He just likes to be in my special area. He isn't allowed in my sewing area because it is too dangerous. Have you googled "cat and the printer" on youtube. It is hilarious!

PS. Have you tried the Furminator tool??? It's fantastic. I brush all my cats with it and it gets TONS of fur. Best tool I've used in all my years of being a cat servant lol

Our younger son used to sit behind me on my sewing chair. To this day when I sew, I sit on the edge of my chair waiting for someone to sit behind me.

I have a dog (schnauzer) and 2 cats, and it's not uncommon for me to be sitting in front of the tv and look down and there's an animal in my lap, and I just go "Where did YOU come from?" I'm so used to having pets that I don't even notice their arrival or departure. But I wouldn't have it any other way!

Wouldn't be bad but he has claws. ouch!!
This is an adorable photo. Each cat looks so content, and you look like a very proud owner and also very content.

All the stories are so funny! Cats are so predictably curious!

Yes, while doing in home alterations for an elder woman. Her cats would even stick their noses in the scissors as I cut and try to paw at the needle as the machine was running. I had to finally tell her they had to be shut out for their safety. She was upset but I had no choice. She hasn't called since and that's okay by me.
