    Just made one...not too tough, but I'm keeping it in place by sewing a button in the middle. Just used a scrap to see how it would work.

    I made a whole quilt with flowers like those. When I washed it they all came unfolded and I ended up throwing it out. It was beautiful before washing. I always figured that I must have done something wrong. I have a book somewhere that has several different flowers, but I could only figure out one of them. Be careful washing your quilts.

    what a shame to have that happen after all that work! I am thinking that maybe it would be better to do something else for the flower centers and maybe make a small wall hanging with the origami flowers instead.

    Sounds like they needed to be stitched and weren't. The ones I'm doing are stitched so they can't unfold.
