Ditto, I do the same thing; i.e., pull out the small one all the time to measure something. Quick and easy.

okay well the quilt I am making for ds is all hsq's. Same blocks as the quilt I made for other ds but a different layout. I think I will get one of these to make it easier. It took me forever to do the other ones.

Don't have it and would never use it as I would draw a line throught the center and then sew on both sides using the little black edge on my quarter inch foot.

I bought the Omnigrid ones that has 3 different lengths in one much cheaper package than the 2 F&P's and each one has lengthwise measurements down to the 1/8". Use them a lot!

I have those and I don't use them a lot. If I was doing more machine applique I would probably use them more, but not right now. I do use them when I am making a lot of half square triangles, using the method of two squares, marking and sewing down 2 seams, cutting apart. That's when I use them the most.

I use mine all the time... I have both the long one and the shorter one.. If I lost mine, I'd buy another one next time I went out! Makes marking HST so much easier, I can even do them while riding in the car as we travel! If you don't have one, get one!
