Made one for df's gd. Machine appliqued teaddy bears with very bright clothes and ribbons in hair. Adults seemed to be pleased and sure baby loved the bright colors.

I like to make my baby quilts out of non traditional baby colors. Like Brights.

I just finished making 2 baby quilts for my daughter to give to friends, however, since she works at an airport, she likes fabric with airplanes on it. I have been doing this ever since she graduated with her degree in aviation managment, and she wants a nice gift for a friend. However, I find it hard to find fabric with airplanes on it so that I can make the quilts. Anybody know a good source for airplane fabric?

I made one for the granddaughter of a friend at church, and the colors chosen were pink and brown. I thought "ugh!" bit it turned out really nice.

Mamma picked the drapery fabric. I matched it. Dark blue, light blue, teal, olive green, lime green. not traditional, but not too far off.

I chose the colors and patterns...this is between me and the little one. And I've never heard one of them complain, well not about the quilt anyway

I am the "old-fashioned type". I like the comical animals and Pokey Puppy type! I guess that ages me!!!

I have not made any baby quilts in years. When I did some were baby prints and some were not. There is a mystery on some of my groups on New Years Eve I will be making the baby quilt size but I an not useing baby fabric this time.

I love your little slogan at the bottom of your page. I do medical transcription and have to make sure my words are super correct, all the time (of course, sometimes they're not since I'm only human and sometimes fall asleep while working and have been known to go from "Add Foradil 12 mcg twice a day" to "Put Cheerios in a bowl and watch television twice a day.") Fortunately, I proof my work - most of the time - just so I can find those crazy mistakes. Have a Merry Christmas!

I made one for my grandson that was born Sept.30, they picked the pattern and the material. A picture of the quilt is my Avatar.
