All my grandchildren wanted either blue and brown or pink and brown for their baby quilts, lol. I think that is the new fad around Huron, SD

Son & DIL just had a baby girl 4 days ago --
DIL was adamant that the color scheme be pink & chocolate.
I was a bit skeptical until I went shopping & started paying attention to little girls elsewhere -- yup, pink & choclate are very popular now.
Popular Boy colors now are blue & chocolate.
The pink & choclate actually turned out pretty

 I have made many baby quilts over the years for many people but none has brought me more joy then the ones I'am now making for my five grandsons, all of whom are three years old and under.

My DD had a baby in Sept., a girl and wanted the baby quilt done all in FROGS!!! I did as she wanted, but felt it was more for a boy than a girl. We'll see if she turns out to be a tomboy!!!

I love "froggie" blankies! I bet it is darling. I made ladybugs for my granddaughter and she loves it.
