How horrible to have a quilt stolen! If you have seen this one speak up!

It's a beautiful quilt, I can understand why someone would want it but enough to steal it???? That's one low-life individual.

Quilters have started signing their quilts especially in spots like under the binding so when found they can prove it belongs to them. Bindings can be easily fixed. I wonder if using a locating chip like those used on pets might also help?

    Those were my *exact* thoughts.

A very sad thing indeed, but I won't ever have to worry about that. Mine would never be good enough to enter in a show.LOl

It's not always about the value of the item being stolen, its about the mind of the one who steals...and please don't put yourself or your quilts down, even as a joke - as one book said a few years ago: "All you can do is all you can do, but all you can do is enough."
