I think I could pick up a pin from my magnetic pin holder much easier than loading this and pushing a button to get a pin.

I saw one in JoAnns a few weeks ago. Interesting but I don't see much use for it unless like you said it could be good for someone with a disability. They were kinda playing with it at JoAnns and it jammed more than once.

I haven't seen or heard of it yet. Doesn't sound like it is something I need though!

I think J and H stores will have a hard time selling the Pintastic. Do the manufacturers think we are lazy or what? lol. It would take up way too much space on my sewing table. I can think of alot better ways to spend $30.00.

I do a lot of clothing type sewing in addition to my quilting. I do not see anything about it that would be beneficial to me at all. I move my pincushion around a lot when pinning the patterns and such. I just don't get it at all. I'll spend my money on better things, ie, fabric. :)

Have no idea what you all are discussing. Anyone have a web site or a link to share?

I saw it in Hancock's. They have it sitting right by the register. It looked very big and bulky, and for the price I didn't think it was worth it at all, but I have a really hard time paying for stuff like that, I always think of all the fabric I could buy with that money.

It ranks right up there with Hancock's using their electric scissors to cut everything - including ribbon!!!
