Have you used these in place of pinmoors?

I was given a sample package at a quilt show. This was years ago. I wanted more. Then the website had a clearance page of bags of colors not popular. I have a small bin full of orange and forest green Pinmoors. LOL I like these colors better, I can see them on the quilt top. I forgot and left one on a pin and it stayed on the pin in the washer and dryer. If you have a cat they will have Pinmoors everywhere.. LOL
