    My gammill dealer set up my machine in the home and gave me a basic lesson then so yes he did sew on it and made sure everything was just right. They followed up with lessons and have been outstanding with support ever since I bought it in 2008. Great dealer in Zanesville, OH.

    I'm sorry to say, this post is not encouraging about buying a long arm machine. I know I'd never be able to afford one, or have the room, but these have not been very positive posts. Interesting ��

    I agree, tomb, great dealer in Zanesville Ohio. Doug Creasy is the guy I call, too! That's a great shop.

    Thanks for starting this thread. Even though I've had my long arm for 3 years I'm still learning. I bought the Quilt Motion robotics and it's been a big learning curve. Thankfully I had a great tech on the phone last week who helped with my issues and was able to get answers to previous problems that I had. Thanks paper princess for the website on timing, that is an issue that I think I'm having. I get skipped stitches or stitches that look like they are sitting on top.
