I'm FMQ a charity quilt, have 14 blocks left to go. Left the machine EXACTLY as I finished last night and now the tension is all messed up. I have cleaned it, rethreaded everything, rewould bobbins, tried the other machine and she doesn't like what I'm doing either!!

Then, to keep my mind off of things, I grabbed the 501 spray, dropped it on the floor, and the nozzle wont spray--it's almost full too!!

So, I thought I'd bind a little wall hanging. Sewed the entire thing with a 1/2 inch stitch, trimmed it to 1/4 inch and it doesn't fit--ARGH...Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

Some days it's just best to curl up in a corner with a good book!

It sounds like one of those days. I just unplug to machine and read for a while.

I had tension problems recently that I couldn't figure out on my brand new machine. Took it in to the dealer and he found a piece of thread stuck in the 'tensioner'. It was less than a 1/4 inch long!!

I cleaned her out this morning and rethreaded everything. Still no luck. I"m afraid I'm going to have to take her in.

I have never FMQ'd on my Bernina. Guess I will have to play with it a bit.
It discourages me because I only have 6 more tiny little sashes to quilt and it's done.
