I have a question for you......or some of you. Are there any of you who are from the River Falls, WI area?? That is where I live. I love my quilting friends, and I do go to quilter's guild here in our town, but I am finding that most of the ladies are retired. I am wondering if there are some younger ladies out there who will help me keep this art going for years to come. I have learned so much from these ladies......wouldn't it be wonderful if we could continue this awesome legacy on as our elders have?! To all of our "TEACHERS"...our hats off to you and all of your wonderful teaching abilities! WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOU!! Nancy

Nanner, I hear you and applaud the sentiment of promoting quilting. You do not need to be an experienced teacher to take someone under your wing. One thought that came to me when reading your post, was the idea of your group inviting young people to join you once a month or whenever. Share your love of quilting, maybe at the church or local school.
