Lol, look at any photo I post. The background if I couldn't cut it out is clutter. My MIL has begged me to clean before I post photos to FB, but I figure anyone who really knows me knows what my house looks like lol.

I will be a quiltaholic for life cause to complete the program like in AA you must admit you have a problem. I might be a quiltaholic but don't see that as a problem. lol.

    Very much a win/win.

I tell anyone who notices my messy house that they are free to chip in, I won't be insulted. That usually stops the noticing. It's okay after that. When I really feel guilty that the house isn't done, I do laundry. A quick in the washer than the dryer. I end up with about 5 loads that need to be folded but at least they are clean.

I have noticed if you don't clean so often people really take notice when you do and you get PRAISE! I think most of us are quiltaholics or fabriholics. Not really a bad thing to be...

My husband is like the guy on TV. He makes dirt! No help in the house from him, but he is wonderful about fixing everything that needs work and he doesn't complain about my sewing mess, so I'm keeping him!

I'm a real homebody and that helps a lot with time to quilt. I don't like to shop and my husband does. He likes to ge somewhere most every day and happily goes to the grocery store. He is quite good at it but does come home with extras that I would never buy-but it worth the cost. I have a 'homemaking' schedule because I know things will be put off until 'tomorrow' if I don't do them first. I cook in large quantities and package 3/4 of it for the freezer-thus I can coast on a lot of days. I do like homemaking tasks but I like to sew more.
