That is the Xs and Os quilt. I am making one now. I was using Missouri Star Quilt tutorial on YouTube.

Here's a baby quilt pattern with charm pack and triangles: http://www.modabakeshop.com/2009/03/...aby-quilt.html
Also, here's a page of other free patterns using charm packs: http://cheryl.thisbe.org/Patterns.html#charm
A little more description of the project would be helpful.

X-Quisite or The X-Quisite. Make a 9 patch out of 9 little blocks and then turn every other one 1/4 turn. I've also seen the single little blocks turned into 4 patch blocks and the 4 patches turned. The quilt is then called Hugs & Kisses or X's & O's but there are lots of different quilt designs with those names.
Indian Hatchet usually has larger triangles in the corners but not always.
5" charm square with 2-2.5" squares sewn diagonally onto diagonal corners & flipped out.
