HELP!!!!....Backache!!!
#91
Tylenol...for aches and pains...my osteopath told me to buy a swimming foam noodle...I lie on the floor and put the noodle across my back...I also use the tennis balls...as someon here mentioned...you can also roll up a towel,,,but for me, the harder the better..I also have a foam back piece, in the shape of an "S" almost and again when you lie down on it, it arches your back and it feels good..I use a heat pad..helps me...and someone mentioned checking the iron, etc..all that is true...I went through a long period with unbearable pain between my shoulders...better now...but I have been going for regular massages, etc..

I have a chair for them...bought from my LQS...Love it...there are 2 models...one has a larger seat...if space is an issue don't get the larger one...I have the smaller but not that small seat...no arms but chair lifts, back lifts, seat moves front to back...you can get arms and also think lumbar support.. runs about $450 to $550.more if other items added...also can choose fabric...different grades....really comfortable
