I have this machine, in fact 2 of them, and when this happens sometimes the little black plastic "seat" that the bobbin sits in gets out of place even just a hair, and it causes problems.

Try making sure the little black plastic "seat" is correctly ..um.. "seated (!)" and then also re-thread your top thread, as this is sometimes a trouble maker too.
