    Maybe try a 3rd option - 4" - 5" cream border, bind with 1/2 - 2/3" rust binding to frame it with tiny green piping between cream and white.

    Option B except I would not bind in cream. While attractive, I worry we touch the binding when making up the bed and would prefer a darker color.
    I don't favor cream between the green and rust-too close to the cream sashing for me.

    It will be beautiful however you enjoy it!!

    I would do the opposite on choice A put the rust on the inside then white and the green on the outside. Not sure about a color for the binding.
