i really like the nine patch pizzazz with large scale prints. theirs a book on the market about the concept but if you google the name and click on images you'll see lots of examples and can just go by the pictures.

if you'd like more information on it let me know - i taught the ladies at our church how to make them for hospice quilts.

i think i still have a word doc on how to make one.

First of all you can send all of that to me!!! :) The colors will be great in my bedroom and I'd probably go for a Mariners compass a LARGE ONE and fussy cut the big print for the 4 or cross center and then use the others for the other parts of the compass. Then pick out some other type of blocks to go around. Actually almost any block will do. As you can tell I just gave you a discription of my fantisy quilt for my king size bed. I've made one practice block, still needs some tweking. Excuse my spelling.

I can't wait to see what you decide. I have two of your fabrics. Didn't they just call to you. I haven't decided what to do with mine either.

Gosh those are beautiful fabrics! I think they'd look good with any block. How about a log cabin with a beige for the light color?

I was looking through my block notebook and found a block that Jinny Beyer
designed called Seville.. it is perfect.. as she shows it, it has 5 fabrics in it, and the center would be awesome fussycut. The pattern I have has templates for a 12" block.... It's a free pattern on her website.
Oh, and I'll pm you my address so you can mail the fabrics to me.. those are gorgeous!!

Thanks for the link - great patterns!

I love those fabrics - I'm using the beige swirly one in my pioneer BOM!

I think one of those patterns would suit them to a tee - maybe with stars with a biggish square centre to show one of the big prints.
