    Throw it back in the washer with a cup of Oxyclean, cold water, wash, rinse, hang to dry. If need be, put back through same process. Oxy alway's works for me.

    Wash it with two tablets of steradent( normally it is used for cleaning false theet but it will work with you ran quilt) Maybe you see a little bit, then wash it again with more tablets of steradent.
    A friend of mine had a ran red and white quilt and she used 7 tablets, but it worked!
