    Have no suggestions about the creases, but the quilting is spectacular!

    First, I would just hang it, with the creased side at the top. It might not help, but it's the first, easiest option.

    If you have a glat surface, such as an unused bed, have you tried just laying it flat on the bed and walking away for a few days? I sometimes just lay my quilt tops, batting, and backing over my 12 foot frame for a few days and somehow, a lot of times any creases or fold lines just disappear. I do have my long arm in the basement and live in a humid state at times but it even works in the winter most of the time.

    Lightly spray with water and smooth out to dry.

    What I do is put the quilt in the dryer with a damp towel and let it run for about 10 minutes. Having said that, I don't enter my quilts in shows, so have never worried about what a judge thinks.
