Debra Wagner's book "All Quilt Blocks Are Not Square" has the template for a 9" block. It's a good book, and there are used copies from $1.83 up at Amazon. I thought once I was going to make enough blocks in yellow and blue for a quilt, but didn't particularly enjoy putting the first one together so changed my mind. Don't know where that block is, but found the template still in my book.

Thank you everyone for all the responses. I love this board. I knew when I was unable to find the pattern, that someone on this board would know the answer and be willing to share. This quilt may be beyond my level of expertise, but it will be great fun to try. Thanks again everyone.
